Greetings! You are cordially invited to schedule in-person, parent-teacher conferences with your child's content and elective teachers. During this family engagement event, you will have an opportunity to discuss your student's academic growth, upcoming projects, and learn about the resources available to ensure a successful year.
Conferences are scheduled for Thursday, September 29, 2022 from 8:00 AM -4:00 PM and Friday, September 30, 2022 from 8:00 AM-11:30 AM at Francis C. Hammond Middle School. Each conference is 15 minutes long. To register for conferences with your child's content and elective teachers, please click the link below.
Please register for three (3) conferences
one (1) with your student's content team
one (1) conference with each of your student's two (2) elective teachers.
To ensure availability, please schedule conferences no later than Tuesday, September 27, 2022. Interpreters are available for conferences in any language.

To make the most of your parent-teacher conference, the ACPS Family and Community Engagement Center suggests the following tips.
A new program, the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), is being made available to lower internet costs for families with children who are eligible for free or reduced-price meals within the last 12 months.
The deadline for families to submit Free and Reduced Price Meals applications for the 2022-23 school year is quickly approaching.
All families need to ensure that Back to School forms for their students are complete by Sept. 30, 2022.
